988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline – Call or text 988, or chat online for 24/7, confidential support.

International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) – IASP is dedicated to preventing suicide and suicidal behavior and alleviating its effects.

Befrienders Worldwide – Provides confidential support to people in emotional crisis or distress, or those close to them. The Charity helps people who are considering suicide or experiencing general emotional distress.

Lifeline International  – 24-hour crisis support line with members in over 20 countries.

 NAMI – Offers a HelpLine, support groups, and educational programs.

SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration)  – Provides resources for finding treatment, including the Behavioral Health Treatment Services Locator.

FindTreatment  – A confidential resource for finding treatment for mental and substance use disorders.

WHO (World Health Organization) – The WHO has a comprehensive mental health action plan and resources for improving mental health globally.

The CDC  – The CDC offers resources for mental health, including support and treatment information.
